The Ford Parts in Honolulu should deter people from buying a Ford in Hawaii or bringing one to the island. The employee that provided service tried hard and was polite, but the dealership doesn't provide enough support to this department from their staff. They don't answer the phone, so repair shops don't want to seal with them. I can confirm this is true after waiting on hold and leaving a message for a callback that was never returned.
