Watch your billing with this business. Despite being in network and my services being fully covered, they charged out of network prices for me. The insurance company had to send written notification to dentist that these were inappropriate charges and yet they continue to bill me. To be clear, billing out of network prices to an in network patient is an ethics breach. The insurance company is now filing a second complaint. Impossible to speak to a medical professional. I’ve been trying for sometime to ask a series of questions and all I get a generic message and email. I believe advisor is a bot. I’m not sure how to move forward as I cannot get past waiting endlessly on social media for a reply, which appears to be generic anyway.
