The owner Kalani went the extra mile to assist and lend a helping hand with my stalled vehicle. As I entered his shop I was impressed by the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the buiness. I put in or an appointment online on their website and Kalani called me back within 30 minutes. I was hoping they could help us but after some discussion it turns out they can't. But, Kalani was very thorough in explaining why they would not be able to because our van had after factory parts and he wouldn't be able to get the parts for us. Gave me some suggestions trying to help out. Thanks.
Despite not having any work done here, the staff member who answered the phone was very respectful and directed me to someone who could perform the maintenance my car needed.
