Had several things stolen from my car totaling up to $2000. The security system is inadequate. The property management are incompetent. Too many transient short term college kids that party till the morning.. Just got stalked and harassed by a few of them on mopeds. Drunk people yelling at the top of their lungs in the neighborhood every weekend. Other than that its a great place.
came here to hang with a friend. very nice apartments perfect for anyone living alone.
Very convenient location to transit, Biki, UHM, shopping and restaurants. Solid 1960s building with open space. Very well managed and clean, though sometimes “Board” rules too strict for reality and thus makes implementation by staff tough (elevator access, etc.). Best if you do not have a car (few and very tight stalls, basement garages flood), no secure moped or bicycle parking, high theft on streets (bikes and mopeds) not much street parking (so don’t expect friends to visit by car), etc. ; best if you walk, Biki or bus o... read more
Great location with new elevators and beautiful grounds for picnics or barbecues. Very quiet building with walking distance to Pieology.
