I wanted to stop and take the time to review because of the amazing service we received. First off my husband and I have a small amount of land and we purchased a used skid steer about a year ago from out of state, we are a family not a business so it was a big purchase but worth it for our little farm. Never have i seen such integrity and resolve from a parts pro! Not only did he see that our new excavator front glass not make it to us, but called to confirm and order a new one. And a call to see if it actually made it here. We are 2.5 hours away from 4Rivers and dont order very often from them but this was remarkable. Thanks Kyle for not letting our new glass just get lost in shipping!
We do a lot of business with GJ Honnen. They have the best customer service around. Thank you JD and Ruben in parts for always doing a great job!!
do not ever go in there and pay with cash. if u have to return items they won't have the cash to give u back. and if u have them put refund on a card it won't be returned within the 24 hours they claim it takes.. the accountants don't answer the phone and don't return calls. u will literally have return in person to deal with it.. very unprofessional for such a well known name
