Best vet I've experienced in Austin so far. No exam fee for new patients, transparent prices, caring and flexible staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere.
Premium dog care 7 days a week Needed a Rabies vaccine and this was the only open place in town. Fairly convenient to me being off Lamar. From the looks of it, a pretty new location. I liked the decor and layout. They offer comfortable seating and a nice comfortable setting, it felt like a kids place, I wonder if the dogs like that type of environment. Vet didn’t even look at my kitten before suggesting hospitalization for 4,000-5,000. Meanwhile my cat is stable and just has upper respiratory infection. They were basing it off a temperature done under the armpit which isn’t accurate enough to assume hospitalization is needed before even examining my pet. The room was too dark to even be able to see anything on my black cat. Wow, this veterinary clinic is super clean, staff very kind, happy & compassionate. My fur baby was comfortable. Prices are reasonable. Financing/payment plans available. No pressure & not focused on profit. Did not wait very long, online appt was easy & love that this vet is open 7 days a week. Definitely recommend. My new after hour/weekend vet. We came in 4 times in one month for an issue that was never properly diagnosed or resolved, resulting in a medical issue that will be costly and painful for our 8 month old puppy. Do NOT trust this practice. Everyone there seems very kind, but they are not thorough and not offering the best medical care. They grossly mismanaged our case and our puppy may now need a toe amputated.
