Honky Tonk specializes in Memphis-style dry rub barbecue. We serve Championship Pulled Pork as noted by Memphis in May, Earth's largest pork competition. Our Baby Back Ribs won First Place, two years in a row at Chicago's Rib-A-Que. All of our meats, sides and desserts are made fresh daily with no preservatives or chemicals.

Brisket and candy bacon. OMG. And music, and stiff drinks and cole slaw that doesn't taste like dessert. Lovely.
