I went to Honky Tonk because all I heard were amazing things about this place. I know it was also featured on food network so I went in having a really high standard. I was so disappointed! Though the pulled pork was very tender it was 90% fat and didn’t have much flavor unless you put some sauce on it. I've always had nothing but positive experiences at Honky Tonk. The food is delicious and the live music is always great. They even had some trivia going on during one of my visits. Some of the more popular items are of a limited supply (specifically any type of rib or the candied bacon) but that's just a testament to the delicious flavor and quality produced by this fine establishment.
