In an ice storm, these guys showed up for me! I’m 75 and getting into attic is impossible. Mike and Nick found the problem. The drain for the condensation was frozen. Problem solving, they re-routed the drain via the washing machine drain. It involved drilling a hole in my attic above the washing machine . I was thrilled. Nick and Mike got it done. I have heat in the worst storm this year!
How do I put this in perspective, my husband and I purchased our home knowing the hot water tank is at end of life. Our tank has gone out and we are without hot water for a week now not to mention we have a 18 month old. What’s the issue? “Honke Heating & Cooling” installed the furnace in the house…they did such a wonderful job that they installed a gasline infront of the hot water tank as well as some wonderful piping that is blocking removal access to our hot water tank. Honke heating is no more and is changed with A & E plumbing and heating. For an inspection costed 195.00 from 129.00. It is no longer a family business. The owner passed and I am truly sorry.
No longer honke, now a&e, was impressed with customer service
Recently bought out. New company won't honor commercial warranties. Look elsewhere. Honke heating is gone.
