I made an appointment with Dr Ji. I received a text confirmation of my appointment with the doctor. When I arrived, I saw his P.A. she was very nice and knowledgeable. But my appointment was with the doctor as the PA could not help me as this was a referral from my general practitioner. This is NOT a complaint about the doctor or the P.A. Many times the reputations of professionals precede your first encounter with them. I needed to know who Dr. Hongzhao Ji is and if I will be treated better by UTSW than the VA for my Rhinoplasty to help my Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Dr.Ji is a very experienced and knowledgeable doctor. He is empathetic, cares about his patients and has great bedside manner. I appreciate everything he did for me.
