Dr was 45 minutes late, then gave me a quick diagnosis, I had to try to pry next steps from him. I didn't feel like he cared about trying to help at all.
Fractured my ankle Saturday. Went to urgent care the next day. They recommended calling Wisconsin Orthopedics on Monday. Called them Monday morning explaining my situation only to find out they couldn't see me until Wednesday, or I could try a walk in. I suggested to them that was better than sitting around with a broken ankle for 2 days! Appointment was same day, diagnosis was clear and easy to understand, done with respect, dignity and positive attitude. WELL Done!!!
While he did the necessary procedures to get results, the doctor did a fair to poor job going over the MRI with me and explaining what is going on specifically in my knee with the arthritis. Was it on one side of my knee or was it in multiple places. Never discussed multiple things I can and can't do to help my knee pain. Just gave me a shot of Cortisone in the knee and said goodbye.
