My mom wanted a pixie cut with a short trim but the lady cut it so short that my moms haircut became a mens crew cut. She left strands of "uncut" hair on the sides and "cut hair" all over my moms face and shoulders. I was so pissed that I came back there with my mom and asked what the hell the haircutting lady was thinking. Regulation Barber good, high and tight. Zero fade. Eyebrows too if you're like me (Snuffleupagus). Hong takes good care of us. Less than on post for a better cut.

Did a walk in at 3 o’clock two hours before they close nobody in the shop except for two ladies that work there and they said they were not taking any more customers for the day.
