Horrible service. My mom went to get her hair cut there only today and she said shoulder level. They did nothing like shoulder level. It is beyond short and I am just as upset as my mom is. Not only that but they did nothing to brush the cut off hair on my mom’s neck or shoulders. Terrible service.

My mom wanted a pixie cut with a short trim but the lady cut it so short that my moms haircut became a mens crew cut. She left strands of "uncut" hair on the sides and "cut hair" all over my moms face and shoulders. I was so pissed that I came back there with my mom and asked what the hell the haircutting lady was thinking. Regulation Barber good, high and tight. Zero fade. Eyebrows too if you're like me (Snuffleupagus). Hong takes good care of us. Less than on post for a better cut.
