02/03/2026 - I’m providing this update to my original review after additional follow-up with Kaiser. My original concerns still stand: the surgery I received from Dr. Plurad did not resolve the issue I went in for, and instead introduced new post-operative symptoms that have impacted my mobility, activity level, and overall quality of life. Extremely unhappy with the surgery I received from this Dr. Plurad. The surgery didn't fix the problem that I went in for in the first place, and actually made my quality of life worse than it was before. I now have the original problem still, and new problems related to the surgery. Not to mention, I've had to pay roughly $2500 out of pocket for this surgery that didn't provide me any benefit at all.
