Hong-Van Bakery This place have very good gelatin cakes. The smell of the cake has a pandan leaf smell to it and it tastes very good. They also have fresh out of the oven pate chaud and creme puffs that are very convenient for party favors...

Tasty vietnamese foods This is a popular bakery, mostly during the lunch rush for their vietnamese sandwiches and wraps. The wraps are unique, consisting of some meat, greens, and a peanut sauce held together neatly with a thin, translucent wrap. I'm more partial to the traditional vietnamese sandwiches (like Lee's) which place pork, carrot, parsley, hot peppers inside thin roll. Pricing is nominal ~$5.

salty meat You can grab some healthy vietnamese sandwhiches on the go or taste test the baked goods (which are not that tasty in my opinion. The sandwhiches are similar to american only in the aspect that they use french rolls, but the filling is concocted of different types of meat that are saltier and somewhat fattier.

lots of white rolls The Hong Van Bakery is a vietnamese bakery offering standard assorted vietnamese pastries and breads. It is a medium sized bakery, glass cases hold the cakes and refrigerated meat buns while the flour pastries are displayed along the racks on the walls and tables. It is staffed by a few vietnamese women that speak enough english to facilitate a sale. Most of the customers are asian, of course.
