I absolutely love Hong's! I totally disagree with the post below and believe that everyone should come here for all their automotive problems and concerns! Hong is not greedy or dishonest. He is VERY honest, personable, friendly and his staff always get things done on time. Hong will always give you a price that is at least 2-3x's cheaper than what the dealerships will give you. DONT GO HERE – I went to Hong for the first time the other day to replace my Radiator, and right when i got there he had me pop the hood. After looking at my engine for 2 minutes, he decided that i had blown my head gasket (for people that dont know what that is, its about a $2500 fix). I thought this didnt seem right, even though Hong seemed like a nice and trustworthy guy. So i took it to anothe place down the street for a re-evaluation. Good shop – I had taken my car there a few months ago to get smog done. Was in and out very quickly. I have heard from other people that they were a good shop. I called up there and he gave me a quote for the radiator install plus flush etc... highly recommend this shop.
