So they do have some seafood but i saw dried seafood in there but it's mainly dried herbs and nuts and stuff and it is so cool inside. I particularly like the dry yeast that I saw only because my brother does a lot of fermentation stuff so that's pretty awesome and the ladies inside they were super nice I will definitely be back super excited almost fan girlled inside because of how cool it was for someone like me who's really into that kind of stuff
