Apparently calling too far ahead (1 hour) of time for a pick-up order is a problem. At least they saved me the money and from past experiences, a headache from a messed up order...

I want so badly to enjoy this restaurant. The food is always good, fresh, and correct. However, the take out order experience could use some SERIOUS improvement. Every time I call in, I get another new person and ordering takes quite awhile. After my experience last night, it’s not a new person issue as much as it’s a training issue. The front end manager never seems to be in a good mood or willing to want to help the employees be better. love this place. when we visit Idaho and are in or around Nampa we always eat there. we used to live in Nampa but 5 years ago moved to Nevada for work and we have been all over this state and yet to find even descent Chinese food. they need to franchise out to Winnemucca.
