Horrible customer service Amen to the rude staff. I have been there many times. Two nights ago I had to get my own water, my own chopsticks, my own lemon, even after multiple requests. Then I went back the next day and the waitress came over and lectured me about not leaving her a tip the night before. I got up and left right then. I will never return.
low sanitation score they got a low sanitation score of only 84. I don't think they are not so friendly. Althought they got a good variety of food, but I think cleanliness is much more important. I don't recommend this restaurant to my friend.
Good selection at Hong Kong Buffett We ate there on New Year's Eve and had a pleasant experience overall. We were seated quickly, and the food selection was good. Our wait staff kept up with our numerous drink refills. The food was alright, though my son's chicken nuggets were cold. Great Restaurant This restaurant is great!! My husband and I eat at this restaurant whenever we are in Winston-Salem!! They have a great variety of items on the buffet. One of my many favorite foods that they prepare is Bok Choy. It is wonderful!!! The prices of our meals are very reasonable. We have eaten at three other Chinese restaurants in Winston-Salem, but Hong Kong King Buffet is the best!!
Rude Waitresses Wide selection of food but very rude waitresses. Very bad customer service. I will not encourage my friends to eat there anymore. China buffet in peterscreek is a very good alternative. Very good sushi on a buffet.
sick my friend and i was there last year of sep. and ate some of there seafood and was not fresh. when we got home we both got sick. i satifactory with the food.
Unsatisfied my boyfriend and I went right after the lunch rush andI have to say that the hostess was very rude. She didn't say hello or please follow me. When we got to our seats she didn't even tell us the waitress will be right with us to get our drink orders. The food was cold and definitely not fresh. Still looking for the perfect chinese buffet. I have been previously and the food was good and large varitey. Maybe it's the time of day that makes a difference.
