Hong Fa is a true hidden gem! We came to them after looking at some of the "big name" suppliers, and being disappointed with the price and turnaround time. Jenny was very responsive and paid attention to detail. I had new granite countertops installed and she waited to get a smaller second slab so I wouldn’t have to pay full price for a second granite slab. Her workmen did a good job installing it and cleaned up after themselves. There was a slight haze on the granite because there was too much sealer but Jenny came back the next day with her worker and he removed the excess sealer. My granite countertop is stunning and I’m very happy with the results.

Last year, a corner of my stone table broke, and I was looking for some filler to repair it. I found this shop, and to my surprise, the staff kindly prepared some filler for me free of charge, without asking for a single penny. I was truly touched. Unfortunately, my table cracked again recently. Today, I went back to them, and they once again provided me with filler for free. Encountering such a kind-hearted business in today's Toronto is genuinely heartwarming!
