I took my tooth out by Dr. Li today. As I am planning to do implant, Dr Li used Minimally invasive tooth extraction technique to preserve my tissues as much as possible for the preparation of next step tooth implant. After surgery, he patiently examined my tooth to figure out my gum infection and explained what are the possible treatments and pros and cons. I lost one of my teeth but I am happy for today’s clean surgery carefully done by Dr. Li. I would definitely recommend Dr. Li.
The front desk service attitude is extremely poor and the tone is unfriendly. the wife was super rude and even assault others. And the dentist and hygienist are not professional enough that they screamed and yelled at each other arguing in front of patient. I hope I won't go through such a bad experience again.
