She. Or staff on totally unresponsive to the patient portal. One time it took 3/4 days for her assistant to say she’s busy & did not give me a response to my issue. Next time it’s 2 days & NO response.
This is my Doctor. Everyone at this office is friendly and efficient. She is also very caring and knowledgeable.
Dr. Chen is very thorough with every aspect during a visit. She explains the what's and why's for her diagnosis, lab work and prescriptions. I'm so glad we have her as our primary care physician!
