This place is a joke, my girlfriend has been waiting over 4 months to get her deposit back and they keep making excuses or saying the check got lost etc. do not recommend
Would not recommend. If you are reading this, you aren't leasing from Honeywood, you're leasing from Solomon Group out of NJ. I would strongly recommend checking out the reviews for them. They are a corporate landlord and took over Honeywood and Pebble Creek what appears not to be too long ago. Go to the secretary of the commonwealth of VA and you can verify this.
