Disclaimer: I do not live in the building. I live nearby. First of all, as a fellow LGBTQIA+ member, Happy Pride. I feel very conflicted posting this review. It is great to support the “Love is Love” movement, but you could have carried out your rooftop Pride Party way more respectfully & mindfully by turning down a notch & respecting people’s bedtime. Good place, better managed now. I’d recommend it to friends
One of the most mismanaged places I've ever lived in. To start of I was rented a incomplete unit. I moved in mid summer and was told my place has A/C and Heating. The A/C part was a lie.. To make up for that they offered to drop of a portable A/C which they never did. Now that winter is around i've found out that my Heating does not work. They offered to fix but as they are baseboard heaters located at all corners of my apartment it would take major work moving heavy furniture for them to do the job. The maintenance here has been more responsive than anywhere I have ever lived. Literally one click on the maintenance portal and it’s like he appears instantly fixes whatever issue and then vanishes. Very grateful for how they take care of the residents in this regard.
