Terrible property management company, they'll only let you speak to their virtual agent.
I have been delivering appliances and other types of needed items here for the past four years and it’s always been a great experience. Jeffery and Charles always treat me with dignity and respect and I appreciate it. Very good place to live and I highly recommend it.
they never ever pick up the phone, even during operating hours. they only have an AI assistant to funnel you to lease a property. I've been trying to get information and speak to someone in person for several months. I've never spoken to an employee thus far.
WOW THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE Yelp does reflect this to be a closed business however I didnt realize that and drove from Seattle to tour this apartment. I wish I had taken the time to check Yelp first! I was greeted by a staff member who told me " Yeah I have meetings all day, youll have to come back". Make sure you tell them in the meetings that you turned away a potential client for your meeting! The entire place is also surrounded by homeless. This is literally a warehouse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
