WOW THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE Yelp does reflect this to be a closed business however I didnt realize that and drove from Seattle to tour this apartment. I wish I had taken the time to check Yelp first! I was greeted by a staff member who told me " Yeah I have meetings all day, youll have to come back". Make sure you tell them in the meetings that you turned away a potential client for your meeting! The entire place is also surrounded by homeless. This is literally a warehouse. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Toured here the first week of November 2025. After walking through the building that is very clearly not taken care of (and the elevator that doesn’t seem like it passed any inspections), the current leasing manager (former maintenance) took us to a potential unit that was “tucked away”. He tried to open the door to the unit to which he was pushed back by a homeless man and his girlfriend who were apparently squatting in the unit. the office is never open during their posted hours, and you can’t reach anyone in the office, just an AI bot. unprofessional quality of work from maintenance, uses and ruins my own bathroom towels, got paint all over my clothes, moved furniture and never puts it back, leaves the power off in my home while i’m gone all day after a repair (multiple times), uses all of the paper towels, relocated all of our personal belongings without asking/permission and doesn’t put anything back, and they just threw one of our packages at ou... read more
$300 for ONE PARKING SPACE IS INSANE and that’s coming from someone from LOS ANGELES. We’ve toured countless apartments in Portland, Vancouver, and Los Angeles in the last few months and we have never EVERRRRR seen $300 parking!!!!!!! NOT EVEN CLOSE!!!!! The most we’ve seen was in Los Angeles and it was $150 for a EV spot!! Absolutely insane. Period. Disclaimer: I do not live in the building. I live nearby. First of all, as a fellow LGBTQIA+ member, Happy Pride. I feel very conflicted posting this review. It is great to support the “Love is Love” movement, but you could have carried out your rooftop Pride Party way more respectfully & mindfully by turning down a notch & respecting people’s bedtime.
