My children have been going to honeygo since 07 when my oldest was born we have always had a wonderful experience. We have seen all the providers present and past. The front desk is always friendly as well as the MA's. Just saw Kami today she was nice and listen to my son and came up with a game plan for his health issue.
Would give it a 0/5 if I could, we arrived at 4:40 to drop off a document, knowing they close at 5:00, and they were closed for whatever reason. A pediatric center is one of the worst places for staff to close early, especially unexpectedly. Do better please!!!
On the website they said that they closed at 5pm on Thursday’s, we came at 4:40 to drop off something and they were closed. I’m confused???
Unfortunately we loved our experience here until up about the last month. My daughter was in and out of the office, was told numerous different things were wrong and never got to the point. The older two doctors are very dismissive. I called the after hours hotline and was told a doctor would call me back, never received a call. Then I get into the office the next day, the doctor was very persistent that i brought my premature baby in after I told her every single symptom and went into the office, she looked at her and immed... read more
Wait time is beyond ridiculous. We waited over an hour without anyone letting us know anything. Of course the person we needed to speak to was "away". Doesn't matter how good the doctors are if you are there for 2 hours for a shot. Unless you have all day to be ignored go elsewhere
