Recently purchased a home in New Hampshire by video walk thru from our home in Florida. We were told after the walk thru by our realtor that the house needed refreshing. After the closing, which kept changing( I could not secure a date for movers, house cleaners)Michelle was highly recommended by our realtor and I called a few days before closing looking for services before we moved in. I just cleaned 2 homes that this company has been to and I have to say the home owners said 4 girls one hour of work and they didn't get cobwebs, underneath beds the house needless to say definitely did not get a detailed cleaning as thier company website says
Amazing service and lovely little business if you need a good cleaning service.
Missed alot of stuff. Cobwebs were never removed and looked they never touched the corners of walls. Window sills were not touched, dirty. Asked them to clean walls and they never did. And to top it off, they left 45 minutes early and did a super quick walkthrough. Didn’t realize the stuff they missed after they left. Shoddy job and was disappointed they had such high ratings. Needs more attention to detail. Pay $150 for 2 hours and i got hour of work...
