Have been using H&J for routine maintenance of my system for a couple of years and appreciate how knowledgeable, friendly, and professional Carrington has always been. But the real test came when I heard a sizzle and a pop from the thermostat at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon in June! He was walking in my door 20 minutes later and within another half hour or so, he was done with the outside repair and had replaced my thermostat. Absolutely top notch; highly recommend!

I was referred to Honeycutt and Jones by a friend. Carrington Jones is top notch. He's honest and knows his stuff. After some time of piecing together my very old unit to put off replacing, since that's not what I personally needed/wanted at the time and he listened to that, I did end up replacing my unit. Eddie did the install and was equally as professional and skilled. They did exactly what I needed and I know if anything happens they'll be there to make it right. Can't thank them enough.
100% Recommended. Honeycutt & Jones installed the HVAC system in our home in Raleigh in the early 2000s and have maintained the system since. Last night the fan in one of the AC units seized up. This was a record scorcher time with temps in the mid-upper 90s, so it had to be taken care of quickly! I called their answering service at about 3:00 AM, and they took a detailed message for the company.
