AC quit working. Honeycutt came out Sun. evening and did some work. They came back next day and determined the 24 yr. unit had to be totally replaced. They brought a window unit to help us in the 95 deg. temp. and ordered a new Trane unit. Two days later they had the new system installed and working. We would highly recommend them. All the help was very polite and knowledgeable. They left everything very clean. Spencer explained everything to us and answered all our questions.

Made an opponent for the next morning, then after hours the owner called to cancel. Said he's overworked. "Boo Hoo" would never use them. Or recommend to anyone.

I had my ac replaced, very pleased with the customer service and the time it took to put it in, looks better than the previous unit install, and I didnt have to be at home to babysit my house while they did it very trustworthy people, will use anytime I have a problem.

HI, I have been a customer for years. A bit frustrated with the issues on the install, and repeated service calls necessary afterwards. Mike eventually made it good. Recently I have been advised they are 'too' busy to even give estimates. With it 105 out -- cant waits weeks. Office staff was a little less than polite -- definitely looking for a new provider after this.

I am the owner of Honeycutt Air and wonder why you never called our office or spoke with anyone "Honeycutt" about this before posting online?? Interesting however the only ones around who know how to spell my general managers last name are the disgruntled employees who left to try and make it on their own. This is not a legit complaint on our business but more a show of character for who we used to employ. We don't know anything about what's listed here and Mike would never tell anyone such a thing.
