Kaitlyn is always kind and patient does a great job with hair cut, color, and styling.
Called and explained my hair expections and was discarded as a customer immediately. If you ask me, they need to hire a new hostess with some respect and manners.
Marie did AMAZING on my nails!! everyone was super nice and the environment was great. i’m super excited to go back!
My minimal expectations are either beyond their capabilities or their caring either way it’s immediately bad news for the customer and then eventual client flight from them. I started with Katlyn when she was new there I was caring and generous and loyal to her. She was kind and reciprocated but none of the other employees of honeycomb made me feel welcome. They never accommodated me and I felt as if they had caller ID and when they saw my number, they just wouldn’t pick up . Most disappointed
