Fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Aaron B. arrived at my home within an hour of my call and quickly had my AC running again. He took the time to clearly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and provided helpful insight into my system. I haven’t had heat or air conditioner for 2-1/2 weeks. I called one company and they gave me the run around on not being able to find a blower motor period and they also said my warranty was expired. They wouldn’t even return my calls, so late November 23 at 10:30 pm I called Honey Comb Heating and Cooling and Brandon answered my call and said they would come out the following morning, which is today, and look at it. Aaron did a great job, very good job with my heat! Came out to repair my heat right aware. He was on time and very punctual. Took care of exactly what we needed during the winter storm! Would highly recommend him!

I had already written this review but lost it, so here it is again because it deserves to be said. My family and I were without heat for two weeks, and Aaron from Honeycomb Heating & Cooling came to the rescue. He replaced my transformer, disconnect box, and a heat sequencer, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left.
