Huge shoutout to Stephen for getting our HVAC system back up and running so quickly! He diagnosed and fixed our system incredibly fast, making it clear he really knows his stuff inside and out. It’s rare to find a technician who is not only fast and super knowledgeable, but also genuinely nice and easy to chat with. He was polite, efficient, and made the whole experience stress-free. I highly recommend him!
I haven’t had heat or air conditioner for 2-1/2 weeks. I called one company and they gave me the run around on not being able to find a blower motor period and they also said my warranty was expired. They wouldn’t even return my calls, so late November 23 at 10:30 pm I called Honey Comb Heating and Cooling and Brandon answered my call and said they would come out the following morning, which is today, and look at it. Aaron and Manuel were fantastic! I had ended up needing a new fuse and loved that they don’t try to upsell you on things you don’t need. Please give them a call before anyone else! Highly recommended!
Aaron was very professional and helpful. I would highly recommend. Another company came out and could not fix the issue and went home without fixing our AC. Aaron came out and stayed to ensure the unit was sufficiently cooling our house.
