Poor customer service
I have to agree with the other reviewer regarding spotty customer service. The guy with the thinning reddish/lighter blonde hair makes coming to this store highly uncomfortable and he is always on shift when I attend the store. He doesn't smile or say thank you - the basics of customer service. I have seen him interact with other customers completely differently (friendly, warm), so it leaves a very unsettling feeling.
