I think this demand for refund explains my experience. Desperately trying to recoup my $1200 deposit and am being ghosted. (Email) Good morning, On June 6, 2024, I sent the attached package to the address on your invoice via certified mail. They did an amazing job on my deck. However when I asked him to extend the fence I signed contract and gave deposit 3-7-24 he did not finish until 4-24 which he finished at night in the dark. The fence is uneven across the top and I am missing the caps for the post. I had to text and call many many times. He always gave me an excuse but would not show up. He left equipment at my house and its still there. My neighbor hired him to put up a fence for her and gave him a deposit. He still has not shown up to start it. She has ca... read more

Rick was very thorough with his work. I had some repairs done involving sealing and wrapping boots to address a moisture issue in my supply and return points in my ducts and installed a High Intensity Ultra Violet Prevention Device to prevent future issue. He also replaced a blower motor bearings outside on the system outside. His prices are reasonable, he’s honest & he’s very responsive. I plan to use him in the future. Excellent service!
