Nice welcome to Philly. Relocated and trying to find a new stylist so I decided to try this company… I scheduled myself for an appointment using the square go app, two days before my appt it was canceled no explanation given. I called the number provided by square go, which of course I got no answer but the voicemail stated you can text and someone with get back to you by the end of the day. I’ve texted twice asking for a different time slot but have just been ignored.
My daughter was excited about starting her loc journey and I was recommended to this place by my good friend who goes here. This was the result and the amount of money I was charged for this and the color is a bit crazy. I will say the stylist was very nice and refunded me half immediately. Kudos, to her.
