I lived here for a year with my 4 children. The house itself and neighborhood were nice. However Cindy, “the property manager” of this community under the guise of a “safety inspection” will take it upon herself to inventory your belongs, Will shuffle through your clothes closet, and your dresser drawers. When all she is really supposed to be doing during a “safety inspection” is check smoke detectors, filters, etc and be sure in good working order. This place is not at all what it seems! I got excited thinking that there was nice places in Knox County looked up the website and it is so outdated! The prices are even wrong as well, which False advertising. I Called the office to get more information, and there is a Grouchy lady who answers the phone and is not tentative or helpful at all.
