We recently brought our 2-year-old son for a haircut with Linda, and had a great experience. He was quite reluctant at first, but Linda was very patient and understanding. My husband held our son while sitting together, and Linda gently started the haircut and efficiently completed. She even put on his favorite show, which helped calm him down. Told them to leave a bit of my sons baby hair, to not cut that the tail and leave the natural hair he got at birth. Lady ignored us and cut it off anyways. I’m upset and pissed, they can’t follow basic instructions. Don’t Understand how people are happy with these people. Read the negative reviews and listen! They don’t care about your kid or about what you want, they care about the $.
This place is fantastic. I showed Lan a picture of a haircut we wanted for our toddler as his first ever haircut, and she nailed it right on the head! Our toddler looks absolutely charming with his new bangs & though he struggled to enjoy himself & started crying once Lan put the cape around his neck, they were very accomodating and let our toddler sit on Dad’s lap (where he was much more comfortable) instead of the airplane seat all by himself. Big thank you to the younger gal who cut our baby’s hair (I think her name was Kim?). Our 14 month old was scared, screaming, crying and she did SUCH a fantastic job. His hair was so long and grew straight forward so we had to have it in a top bun 24/7 so it wasn’t in his eyes. Now it is SO much more manageable and also adorable.
