The wait for drop-ins was long, but they had a play area set up for the kids. They were patient and kind with my kid for her first professional hair cut.

for boys haircut it does not that that long. 15 minutes at the most. But they're acting like it's a Picasso painting. For girls I understand but for a boy haircut it should not take that long. One of the stylist is literally moving in slow motion.

We recently brought our 2-year-old son for a haircut with Linda, and had a great experience. He was quite reluctant at first, but Linda was very patient and understanding. My husband held our son while sitting together, and Linda gently started the haircut and efficiently completed. She even put on his favorite show, which helped calm him down. Told them to leave a bit of my sons baby hair, to not cut that the tail and leave the natural hair he got at birth. Lady ignored us and cut it off anyways. I’m upset and pissed, they can’t follow basic instructions. Don’t Understand how people are happy with these people. Read the negative reviews and listen! They don’t care about your kid or about what you want, they care about the $.
