I ordered a $138 whole boneless Honey Baked Ham for Christmas but when I got home and opened it, It was not a whole ham, in fact it was only a half of a ham with the bone in. When I called to let them know they made a mistake they couldn’t find my order and told me to come in. I went in and received the whole ham I originally ordered and was given the half. I am very disappointed with Honey Baked Ham product. I ordered online and picked up in store the next day. The lady did not show me the ham and I went home and put in refrigerator. When I took it out for Christmas dinner, I was shocked. The ham was overcooked and dry. I looked almost black in places with glaze falling off. I filed a complaint and was refunded $4.80 of the over $100.00 that I paid. I felt insulted. After almost 20 years of business with Honey Baked Ham products, that is over.

Placed a Christmas gift order on December 14th based on being told meals would be delivered on the 20th. On the 24th I was told possibly the 28th but no guarantee. Well, missed Christmas so cancelled the order and would never do business with this company again. They had not even provided the shipper with the order…

I'm utterly surprised and disappointed with @HoneyBakedHam. I purchased $925 in gift cards this year, expecting rewards points as a loyal customer, only to find out I get nothing in return. I also spent over $500 last year, expecting the same. This wasn’t disclosed at purchase, and online customer service was no help. I was planning to make this an annual tradition for my clients, but this experience makes me think twice.
