I purchased BOGO packages on ham slices from a store in Cincinnati, OH on Montgomery Rd and boy was I disappointed. Inside both packages was like small pieces and chunks of ham. No nice slices like I’ve gotten before. I will think twice before I buy Honey Baked ham again.

I placed a pre order that was supposed to be ready between 2:30 and 3:30. I arrived around 4:25 and it wasn’t ready and they had to take it to the back to glaze it. They said the only ones that were ready weighed more. The price difference was gonna be $38 more and they didn’t want to give the bigger one that was ready. I will never order from them again
I placed a preorder with a scheduled pickup time at the San Jose store at 2:00 PM on 11/25/25 for a Thanksgiving class party with my ESOL students. They were so excited for HoneyBaked Ham. Unfortunately, the experience was anything but. When I arrived at 2:00, the line was over two hours long.
