-Horrible customer service. -No effort made to honor state capacity limits or social distance protocol. -rude and dismissive staff being led by inept managers. -“You’re yelling about a ham”
We called at 8:05am to make reservation for a small ham for pick up & was told that we don't have to. We're told that we can just walk in & order at the counter. We drove 14 miles only to find out that all the small hams are already reserved. They could have told us early on that all the small hams are no longer available so we didn't have to spend the time driving for nothing.

Thank you! I had a week of senior-idous and ordered my ham for 4/21, panic wrong! Simple call my order was fixed, arrive this morning & out in 15 minutes.
Worst experience ever. The employees can't take an order, they have no idea who the store manager is. Sandwiches were not ready, even though the order was made over 20 minutes before we showed up. And took another 15 more minutes for them to be finished. We asked for two bowls of soup. When we got them back to work to eat, we found they weren't even half way filled and it mostly broth. 3 employees were working and only two customers. Worst experience at a restaurant in years. Never going back �
