Yesterday was my first time visiting the Lakewood, CA store and although the line wrapped around the building and the parking lot was completely full, the staff did an amazing job of keeping everything orderly. The line moved very fast and the counter staff was on top of everything. Total wait time was 36 minutes, but it felt like 15 minutes. Great job!
