Called in to schedule a pump and inspection, the call starts with an angry woman just saying hello. So I have to confirm I even called the right place. Then she has a constant attitude as if I disturbed her morning coffee. I schedule my appointment a full week out for 3/26 at 8am. No calls from a driver, no calls from the office. I had used them before for my last septic cleaning so I called them back. The lady seemed irritated while talking to me but set up the appointment for the next morning. She sent one elderly (69 y.o.) gentleman who was very nice but is recovering from an appendectomy AND had just got released from the hospital within the last few days for his kidneys. Very nice guy, showed me exactly what was being done. No problems at all.
Guy never showed. Called to see why not. Was told they would call back. They never did. Went with someone else.
Great people, very helpful. Price is very reasonable compared to others in the area. They seem to be a trustworthy and honest company. And all my neighbors use them too.
