Please train your staff Dr. Honey! The lady who does the billing and finance was rude, unprofessional and I’m appalled the way she refused to fix the simple issue because she was not listening to the solution.
I was very disappointed with this office
The person that handles the finance is very unprofessional and rude. She refused to give out her name, hung up on me, and refuses to solve the issue. She did not want to do more work than she has to. She was not listening to the issue from my insurance company and accessed me of inaccurate information.
