What a rude owner!! I was allergic to the spa product they put in my water. He got so mad that I asked him to empty the water and give me new water with no product in it. My feet literally got red like a tomato and were extremely itchy. See picture of product I was allergic too. Then I wanted my nail tech to correct a couple things on my toes and he was walking back and forth looking over her shoulders to see what I wanted corrected. The best nail shop bye far treated me with love respect and kindness I have a baby 9 months and they kept him absolutely quiet so I can take care of myself I love them love them the best!!!!
I went for a service and upon entry no one greeted me or asked if I needed help with anything. I’ve come to this salon before and normally they’re greet me, ask my name and allow me to pick my polish color. This time, I sat unattended for about 10 minutes and I ended up just leaving without getting any service done due to the lack of friendly customer service.
Literally here now, they started my nails then stopped to start someone else. So rude.
