I recently visited Honey nail and I am extremely satisfied with my experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Nicky paid great attention to detail and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted. There was supposed to be a cash discount but they didn’t tell us it’s not on Sunday until we paid. It was an okay experience until they asked us to pay more for a tip when we tipped already. Very rude
I had a terrible experience here. When I went to pay, I left a $10 tip, and the lady looked at me and said, ‘that’s it.’ It also was not just me that she was judging based on tip. This older woman before me cashed out and she said the same thing to her. I found this extremely rude and unprofessional. A tip is never something that should be demanded or judged. it’s given at the customer’s discretion. Being shamed for what I chose to tip ruined the entire visit. I wanna say they was all very nice but me and my sisters went here 3-4 days ago and never have we ever went to a nail salon that had put us in the chair to get our feet and and nails done at once needless to say they didn’t give us any choice on how long our nails could be and when we said we wanted longer they said we had to get short ones once they was done our feet and shaping our nails in the spa chair they took us to they desk to start painting nails they rushed through that also we spent 300 dollars on nails for them t... read more
