Some time last year, I encountered a new nail designer who couldn’t even speak English and she did a shoddy job on my nails despite Sharing a picture of the nails design. She was urging and blaming me for the design instead of taking responsibility and thr horrible thing is that none of the staff helped but rather gossiped in their native language. I was dissatisfied and did not tip and I knew that was my last time there. I have found a better spa and cheaper too.
