1 Star I’m sorry to say this, but I cannot recommend this cleaning company. They do not seem to have experience with detailed or deep cleaning. The work was very superficial and many areas were either missed or only cleaned quickly. I had specific requests, but the results were disappointing. They also never arrived on time, which made the whole experience frustrating. Communication was another major problem. Mike did a great job! We have 4 pets and 2 kids so the carpets desperately needed the cleaning. He was knowledgeable, punctual and hard working.
