I just signed a lease for my 4th year at Honey Creek Apartments, The on-site manager, Stacee Busateri and her onsite team are rockstars! The grounds and common areas are immaculate and well cared for year round. Stacee and her team are professional, respectful, and diligent in all they do. If you are looking for a new home in the East Troy, WI. area; I highly recommend Honey Creek Apartments.

Slowest maintenance imaginable. Literally takes months to have issues resolved. Terrible communication also. "Maintenance director" claims some of the issues are impossible to fix. Smartest guy in the room vibes. Completely unacceptable for $1800/mo. Will update my review if anything is rectified.

I've been here over 2 months now and still waiting for maintenance to fix things what were present at move in and submitted the week of move in. New requests typically take weeks to be responded to. Maintenance even claimed to fix something that I could prove on camera they didn't. Unit is okay. The property manager seems nice but it doesn't really matter when you can't get things fixed in a timely manner or fixed at all.
