I have lived here eight years now. Service from Maintenance has been outstanding. A number of minor issues that I have reported have been taken care of very quickly. Mike Worby was especially friendly and helpful. Sadly, he is not here any longer.

We haven’t even been here two years and are very excited to move. When we did our walk through to move in the management was explaining to me how to clean the dishwasher and oven, the dishwasher was caked in hard water residue and the oven still had food crumbs all over the bottom and the window was dirty. I told her they needed to clean it-and they did. As soon as we moved in, the closet smelled horribly of cat pee, they didn’t even attempt to fix it, just told me what to buy. After living here for 7 years my dog could finally enjoy the patio door open on a nice day. Dogs upstairs weren't home. My property manager SB who bragged about how she screened new residents to make sure it was a good fit rented to a guy with 2 dogs I call the Bear and the Boxer. 2 dogs totalling almost 200#. They are loud at all times of the day and night. Turns out she had no choice who she rents to due to HUD per her manager. She exaggerates. Over promises and under delivers.
