These places are really nice, but they're really expensive too! There are a lot of amenities and nice living space! To me, in my humble opinion, you could have a house for what you're paying rent. *The 5 stars are for the places themselves.*
Beyond irritated. They asked me to take down my original review and I did because I thought they were going to actually solve the problem, but here we are still dealing with ridiculously loud neighbors. Light fixtures and ceiling fan shake because they stomp so loud. Can't come home from work and enjoy our apartment. We have to leave or sit in our vehicle in the parking lot to have any sort of piece and quiet. We just moved here. We were told that we couldn't see the exact apartment that we were going to be renting and now I know why. If I would have known how loud the people upstairs were going to be, I would have never rented the apartment. I talked to management and they won't do anything about it because it is not being done during "quiet time". Come to find out the people above me have been moved to 3 different buildings. If I could give 0 stars I would. Granddaughter lived there. Terrible management. Not worth the price
My friend lived there and they were ok for 1 year but definitely got worse. Management does nothing about any concern you have. Dogs constant barking. If you have a neighbor who ruins your property, is loud, has their cats at your patio door at any time they will do nothing. Hallways are dirty. Act nice in beginning but they will not help you if you have any problems. The place has cheap items that do not last long. Wood chips on drawers. Look at premiere apt or any other. You will be happier in long run
