Poor management communication, dragged their feet through the application process and in the middle of approving our application after agreeing to move forward changed management and canceled our application due to new policy that we were never informed of would effect our application. Wasted an entire month waiting to get into these apartments.
Horrible experience and we didn’t even get to talk to the leasing office in person! I called to schedule a same day tour today. I got a call back for a tour at 5pm-which was the only time they provided me and they also didn’t take my information. I went to my appointment and at 5pm they were closed. The website AND the leasing office sign says it closes at 6pm. There was a sign that provided a different phone number than the website that I called. My best friend lives here and cant wait for her lease to be up. Her cars been broken into 2 times and several armed robberies have happened in the parking lot. drug addicts roam around looking a mess and looking for the next quick opportunity to break in. find another place

I am being nice with 1 star. When I first had an intake and application it was to be handles be Jeanie. Which an accident happens with her and everything went down hill the day of my lease signing. I was pushed back 2 weeks and met with Toni who reported she did not have any information. That should have been my sign there. I finally get the okay to get my keys and was rushed with the walk through. Was told my check list needed to be in same day.
