I bought a 10 drawer storage cart. There was no hardware in the box. I called, wrote emails, and left messges for 3 weeks and got no response. Not from customer service, HR where I left a message for Carla Cannon (HR) . Customer Service message says, " We aren't happy until you are happy". Well according to all the reviews there are allot of unhappy people. Do not purchase products without checking to see that all parts are in the box. Poor service!

I bought a Chrome chopping cart.The middle metal shelf was missing. I've been calling Honey Can Do's customer service for 3 weeks now, trying to get a replacement shelf. They never answer. No matter what time of day you call. Top two worst customer service experiences I've ever had.

Ordered an item said would get by the next morning. The item way delayed for a week then I never got was canceled.

Bought a Honey can do motion sensor trash can via Saks Fifth Avenue online. 5 months later, the sensor stopped sensing. Called company - we have a 60 day warranty! Who has such a short warranty? Now I know why. Check warranty before purchasing anything. And low marks to Saks for stocking such a shoddy item, especially for the price. Lesson learned.
