I went here based off of many good recommendations to get my nails done for my wedding. When I made the appointment, I asked the receptionist if they are able to do ombré. She said yes so I booked it. When I get there, I sat down at the manicure table and showed them the ombré I wanted. The girl goes, “I don’t know how to do ombré.” Finally, one girl spoke up saying she knew how to do it and they switched. The girl that did my nails was sweet as can be and I know she tried her best, but it was definitely not what I wanted. I had the technician redo my nails twice because it looked nothing like how I wanted it. Below are some pictures. The one is what I showed them and the other is what I got. After, I didn’t have the heart to tell my kind technician that I hated my nails for the third time. So I sat for my pedicure and choked back my tears, I mean, this was for my wedding I wanted them to look perfect. The owner came over to look at my nails and I thought there is no way she would let me leave with these nails. She goes, “oh those are so pretty” and I responded, “well it’s not what I wanted.” The owner told me, “well it’s never going to look like the picture” and walked away. Long story short, we got our money back after the owner and receptionist argued with us that they never said they could do ombré. I went to a different nail salon that night to have them redone. I wish the technician or owner would have told me when we showed up that they couldn’t give me the design I wanted and saved me 6 hours of time and two nail salons.

Marissa. I will apologize again for your less than stellar results. You stated that they "didn't look like the picture." You never said...." I am really unhappy!" Who am I to say if they are pretty or not? Many times my sentiments do not match the client. As long as our client is happy....we are happy. It was not until your Mom requested to speak with me AFTER you left the building and had paid that she said that you were upset. A bride should never leave a spa upset!! Your technician was already on to her next client and as you stated she had done them twice. So my questions to you are...were you unhappy with the cleanliness of Honey Bunz? Were you unhappy with the way we treated you and attempted to make you happy? Were you unhappy that we refunded your money? Or simply the fact that our technician could not provide the art expertise for your hands that you were looking for? I am also assuming your pedicure was fabulous, of course. So....for this reason...I would love for you to give Honey Bunz another try at a gelish manicure. MINUS the nail art. On me. Congratulations on your wedding !!!

Got a spa pedicure the day before my due date. It was great! Very professional and clean. Love the new location. Will be going back!

Many of you know how much my mom has been through over the past few months... back surgery, rehab facility, and now a hairline fracture in her back. She walks with a walker, has a back brace, doesn’t drive, and rarely leaves the house.Needless to say, that sometimes seeing the light at the end of the tunnel is tough for her. Pampering, like getting her hair or nails done has taken a back seat. Today though, my mom set out to try and find a place where she could actually get in and out of a pedicure chair to give her feet a much needed treatment. As she pulled into the second salon of the day, the sign on the door said closed, but the parking lot had a few cars in it. When mom opened the door a crack to see if they were open, the owner of the salon ushered her right in and brought her over to the pedicure chairs to see if she could get in and out of them. She could! So my mom made an appointment for tomorrow! Thank you to the owner of Honey Bunz Salon for giving my mom a little light at the end of the tunnel. Your kindness has not gone unnoticed.❤️
