They have refused to cancel our contract and continue to bill our credit card despite the fact that we have left voicemails, texts, and sent emails to the address listed in the contract upon vacating. When I finally did get someone to answer the phone after several months of trying, the lady lectured me on having an attitude and still refused to refund the charges. We are now being forced to dispute the unauthorized credit card charges. Stay away
