Gate is not working and we were not notified of it being inoperative. Customers should at a minimum be emailed to let us know so we aren’t trying to pick up or return or trailers. What an inconvenience!!
Went last night to pick up my boat for the next day and the gate was not working. Called the “customer service” phone number and only an automated message came on to either pay my bill or call back during business hours. No option to leave a message or report a problem. Poor service. Now it is the next day and I am still waiting for business hours. Just setup our stay at the Loveland, CO location. Getting the accoutn established was easy with clear explanations of how things worked and what to expect. Overall property and site for RV was clean and well protected.
