When I placed my order online, it stated to pre-pay ( no line) or pay in store( in line) I've never ordered from here so I prepaid. When I got there ( long line) I asked a male(manager! Larry) about the pre-pay line. He rudely stated they didn't have a pre-pay line. I advised him it's my first time ordering and what was on the website. Ordered a boneless ham 20 days in advance and paid online. I received 2 emails reminding me to pick up my order and when I arrived I was told they didn't have any ham to fulfill my order. I was also told they couldn't guarantee they would have any the next day. Why would I ever order again if the item you order won't be there for pickup.
